With a smaller, more select draft of yearlings in 2017 at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale, Sledmere Stud were pleased to sell all seven, with all going to well-respected judges within the industry.

Heading the draft was the Sebring filly out of the stakes-winning Dubawi mare Golden Millennium who was knocked down to Shadwell Stud for $375,000.

Sledmere Stud were excited to see that the filly (above) will to head to South Africa, a market that our yearlings have thrived in highlighted by stakes performers Buckinghampshire and Anjaal.

Another of our yearlings to really sell well was Lot 200, the impressive colt (below) from the first crop of dual Group 1 winner Zoustar who sold for $320,000 to Asian Bloodstock Services.

Out of the well-related Woodman mare Laetitia, the colt is a half to stakes performers Stryker, Exceed And Exalt, Puerto Banus and Seeking Attention.

Well-respected judges Darren Weir and John Foote Bloodstock parted ways with $250,000 for Lot 285, the Lonhro colt, the second foal of Group 1 winner Planet Rock.

We wish all of our purchasers the best of luck and we look forward to tracking their progress.
